Training
Our training sessions are planned by our head of senior section who is supported by our fantastic coaching team. We cater for all abilities so you will get the most out of our sessions whatever your goal.
The club is based at Bury Livingwaters Church (Close Methodist), Dumers Lane, Radcliffe, M26 2GB. We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays, 7pm-8.30pm.
On Mondays there is normally a 5/6.5km run and two 10km runs, based on ability and choice. Each group has a run leader to oversee the session and provide support. We try to take full advantage of the trails around our area in the lighter months
On Wednesdays we alternate between a hill session, which leaves from the club, and a track session at Bury Track, Market Street, Bury, BL9 9FX.
There are also strength and conditioning sessions at the club at 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

All sessions are posted on our members' Facebook page and WhatApps group at the start of each week so you know exactly what to expect. This includes a route map for our Monday runs.
